Easter Sunday 4/5
- 10:00 am - following the service stay for the first ever Palm Fair in room 203
- Everyone is welcome for this craft fair, not just those connected to Youth and Family.
- Light snacks and refreshments will be provided
- There will be a variety of crafts to make both individually and as a family
- Craft abilities will vary from basic to more intricate
- Small children are encouraged to group with a family member if assistance is needed.
- One of the stations will be to make a sign in preparation for the Palm Sunday Path walk later in the afternoon.
- 2:30 pm - Palm Sunday Path
- The Palm Sunday Path is a growing Christian movement rooted in the values of Matthew 25 of feeding the hungry, healing the sick, visiting the imprisoned, and welcoming the stranger. Christians across the country are gathering together for a time of peaceful public witness for love of neighbor on Sunday, March 29th.
- In Oshkosh, local congregations are planning a gathering in Opera House Square at 3pm, walking from our local congregations, or an agreed upon spot closer to downtown. At the square, we will sing, pray and hear stories of faith, hope, and love. This gathering is a way to publicly and joyfully express our faith that tells us we belong to one another in Christ.
- You are encouraged to bring your palms from worship that morning, add your voice to the songs, and lend your ears to the stories of hope that will be shared. We encourage positive signs only so that we may bear public witness to what we are for, and refrain from negative signage against anything. This is not a politically affiliated event.
- If you would like to participate together as a group from Peace, please connect with Kim Dawson of the Mission and Outreach Team. You may also call the church office to help get connected with Kim. Together as one body of Christ, let us show our community what God’s love looks like.
- Peace members will meet at Peace in the circle drive at 2:30 and walk together the .5 mile route to the Opera Square
If you are unable to walk the path, you can also meet us at the final destination.
- The Oshkosh event, which takes place at Opera Square (315 N. Main St.) begins at 2:30 pm.
- There will be a March, Music, & Message. This event is hosted by the Wisconsin Council of Churches. For further information, please check out their events page on their website. www.wichurches.org/palmsundaypath

We are a church filled with imperfect people who support each other as we deal with the curveballs that life has to give us. At Peace, you do not have to believe to belong, we exist to share God's love on believers and nonbelievers alike.
